Further to our telephone conversation just now, I advise that the Robyn Archer report you seek cannot be released to you as an active disclosure under the Right to Information Act 2009 ("the Act").
It is the General Manager's view that it is an internal working document. The report will need to be assessed against the Act in order to come to a formal decision whether it is in the public interest to release the document to you.
If you would like to proceed in this matter, please complete and submit an application for assessed disclosure using the attached form.
